I once had a problem with my order at Sun Vegan and Lauren also seemed angry with me and did raise her voice. She sounded impatient and kept repeating the same question like she couldn’t wait while I thought about it. She also seemed passive aggressive because the next time she did the same exact thing I complained about AGAIN even after I made sure it’d be right this time. I told my boyfriend something was off with her after I complained. The customer service for me at least wasn’t great and a big factor in why I’ve rarely gone back. I don’t want to feel that unpleasant feeling others noticed like you better not dare call her out. I also want Lauren to know people do read reviews (which she said she didn’t care about in a review at Loving Hut where she previously worked) and decide to go somewhere based on them. The biggest issue with this place is how inconsistent the dishes are. You'll like something then the following visit or visits it’ll be so different (different protein, different vegetables, different taste and/or often something, usually the delish mushrooms, are missing) so you never know what to expect and sometimes the current version is bad. I think other people have pointed this out too and I don’t get it. I also think the plates are too salty and sweet but overall taste ok. The soups seem healthier.
