Great experience! Thanks!
We came for Easter brunch and were very disappointed. The food came out cold and we had to practically beg our waitress to wait on us. Food came out cold and had to wait forever for the waitress to come to our table. We had to flag her down to ask if we get drinks and to pay.
What a great ambience. My friend and I set on the Bar and had some appetizers and drinks. The Bartender James was awesome! Vibe is cool, You can hear the winning noises in the back of the restaurant so it’s kinda cool experience. We had the mushroom soup which was delicious!!! Very recommended.
Came for dinner; some good, some bad... The good: our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The drinks were good. The bad: hostess was a little rude, the tables were sticky, the food was bad and pricey, it smelled like smoke as this restaurant is built in the middle of the casino with no walls from the casino where gamblers are smoking.
Fancy & expensive restaurant with mediocre food & rushed staff. My family & I ate here last night for dinner and we wish we picked a different restaurant. Took forever to get drinks, server barely came to table to ask if we needed refills & food took an hour to come out. After waiting an hour you would think that the food would be hot and it was not what so ever. The short rib was so dry that it was hard to chew & swallow. The food was basic, would not recommend. Spent $300 and it was so not worth it. ****Update: The GM contacted my family and I regarding our not so good dinner from the other night and was very apologetic and even put points on our Casino card. I appreciate her reaching it out and also loved the quick response. We will dine again at the Rez Grill whenever we are visiting Tampa.
Had dinner reservations got called in to be seated on time. It took over 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. Then when she return gave her our order took over an hour to get our food. Food is expensive for what you get had the ribs (thinking St Louis) nope 5 thin hardly no meat on bone baby back ribs, a bowl of fries, three sauces for the ribs, weird tasting pickles and what look to be a shredded cup of onions for $27.00, the only good thing was the box of three biscuits. My hubby got the burger which you can't request well done it is three patties smashed medium well with shoe string fries for $23.00. The waitress was slow at serving ask to talk to manager he never showed until after food came to ask how the food was now making you feel stupid. Parking: Parking garages went on Saturday night hard to find parking drove around like 20 minutes Kid-friendliness: No kids under 18 on casino floor, no one 18-21 can gamble or use the slots only can watch. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair can get around as well as scooters plus there are elevators. But the casino floor slots are kinda close together
Service was amazing starters were fine but the main entrées were underwhelming - I have no problem paying $200 for an elegant dinner but when its not what you ask for and need to settle it really doesn't make for a good experience - looking forward to the changes in menu and trying new entrees
