The Palm - Nashville

Outstanding dining experience as always. I've been to the Palm several times and it never gets old. Highly recommended. I only gave atmosphere 4 stars because with all of the faces on the walls, mine is not among them...so some room for improvement there. But this restaurant, the chefs and staff are stellar.

This place is a glorified Applebees now. The food is sub par. The service is awful. The clientele is absolutely disgusting. As a Nashville native this place used to have a certain class level to it and now it’s just a pregame restaurant before preds games. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Dinner was subpar last night for all 4 of us. 12oz filet ordered medium rare came out medium well and the flavor wasn’t good. Gnocchi was incredibly bland and cold. GiGi’s salad came out with old lettuce and the wild mushrooms had mostly stems. We were headed to a show shortly after so didn’t complain as it took a hot minute to bring everything out but also feel I shouldn’t have to at a place like The Palm. Quality seems to have gone way down hill. It’s a shame too as the atmosphere and location are good.

Great experience, ate there twice last week. Food was excellent and drinks were cold and flowing! Get the blue cheese on the steak, you will thank me later.

Alex was our waiter, he was wonderful! We were COMPLETELY out of our element going into a place like this but, we weren't treated as such. Kind people all around & amazing food. Will definitely recommend & be back!

Great atmosphere and great food. We were there about 2pm mid week so it wasn't busy at all. We sat at the bar and our order taken very quickly.
