Place needs updating, food was ok, service was ok as well, Nothing really exciting to say about this place. Just go across the street, it's worth the wait in line.
A nice quiet restaurant for breakfast. Friendly staff.
If I could give less than one star I would. No reflection on the staff but this place is disgusting. I can’t believe they are open. Mold all over the ceilings, so much condensation dripping from the ceiling u would need an umbrella to finish your meal. They didn’t have spoons so brought us plastic ones. No salt shakers on the tables because there is so much humidity in the place the salt won’t come out. So the little container had WET SALT in it. I can only imagine how many other peoples fingers have been sipping that. The coffee pot that our coffee was poured from probably hasn’t been washed in a month if ever. This is a CORPORATE location. The building should be torn down. Completely unacceptable…hasn’t had a day of maintenance in 20 years. We left our food on the table. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll be calling corporate and others about this disgusting place. DO NOT EAT HERE OR ENTER THE BUILDING…YOU MAY GET LEGIONNAIRES DISEASE. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Food was not quiet what I expected for the price, but the service and atmosphere was wonderful.
No bacon since the previous day (there’s a market across the street). “Clean tables” not clean…coffee cup rings, greasy residue. No spoon or napkins with my order. Used to be so much better but as of late just another “greasy spoon”. Shame!
Umm… not what I expected. Was use to visiting the locations in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami area which are good so I assumed this would be the same. Below are my specific observations: 1). The hostess did not greet us when we walked in. Simply looked at us and asked for our name. Rule #1, your hostess should be customer friendly and have a pleasant attitude. 2). All of the blinds were shut. This make the place dark and gloomy looking in the inside. Open it up and let some sunshine come through to lift up the vibe and atmosphere. 3). Could use a makeover and a good cleaning. Seems to be outdated. The wall y the table we were sitting at had coffee spills on it. 4). Apparently, they receive a lot of regulars frequent this place and it’s obvious they cater to them which is not necessarily a bad thing but you have to remember you have other customers as well. 5). Very expensive for the quality of food and experience!!! For example a side of bacon (3 pieces) is $6.99. I paid c this because no meat came with my Belgium waffle which was $10.99. A side of hash browns is $3.29. Cracker Barrel is across the street and I’m sure the cost would have been less expensive and better tasting. 6). Not a lot of diverse customers. 7). The menu indicates pancakes are served with warm syrup. Not true. It’s room temperature syrup and apparently there’s no microwave in the restaurant to “warm” it up so, why advertise “warm syrup?”
