Had BK coupons so we picked up 2 full meals for less than 6 bucks, manager was super helpful, and everything came out within 2 minutes despite a decent sized line

Why the app says they close at 10 but at 8:40 2 employes they said they where close? . Make's no sense

Worst Burger King ever....had a chunk of mold come up threw my straw, manager called me a liar, people eating in the kitchen, just disgusting

i went to the counter after they just served someone and they said they were closed at 844 pm it says there open until 10 and they just took a order and served them i will never go back to this location.

Im giving this one star review because of how the GM just had an attitude, there was a network error on BK register and couldn't load my app code to which i said oh its probably a quick fix for when you have time maybe look so others dont have issues. She said i dont need to do anything and continued to say well it just does not work. And continued to turn around and talk about me to her staff. From one GM to another this is not how you want to treat customers. I even said you know its Thursday im sure you have had a busy week so far and she just kept cutting me off.

This place has to be one of the WORST places of all to eat. The person pretending to be a manager by the name of Consuelo was extremely rude, unprofessional and felt like she had the right to treat multiple customers with such an abusive behavior. The level of abusiveness, impoliteness and unethical work had me completely shocked. She got our orders wrong (after 3 different attempts repeating the order) she felt the need to yell bragging she’s the manager and she can do whatever. It is evident this lady playing manager is mentally unstable. Another employee tried helping us by re-making the right order. This lady went as far as stopping her from re-making the food. I asked for her regional manager or higher up’s phone number, she wrote on a piece of paper her own phone number. This is the reason why so many Burger Kings are failing because of the abusive behavior from their employees specially the ones playing “manager.” Do not eat here and do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

When I was in highschool I would eat lunch at the very first Burger King that was located in Miami on 36th Street. It's still the burger I get cravings for. I've eaten at most of the gourmet burger places and they are very good but don't give the satisfaction of a #1 Whopper and all cost twice as much or more.
