Expensive, unfriendly staff, food really not tasty. Unfortunately not recommended. 0/5 stars.
Ordered a burrito with NO MEAT. After a 15 minute wait , opened it on the plane to find beef in there
Shout out to the beautiful young lady in the front that displayed great professionalism and customer service! My partner and I originally wanted the pecan bistro, but after not being greeted and ignored we decided to get tacos and they did not disappoint.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered chicken quesadilla which took over 30 minutes and didn't have chicken in it. Still we're taking orders while no food came out. Please do better!!! People are tired from traveling and just want a bite to eat. Service was done with attitude and horrible customer service. Only 2 people working and it's quite obvious this place just shouldn't even be open. Would have given 0stars if possible. Just awful!
Have eaten at this location two times and both times it was a pretty rough experience. The first time they lost the order. It was a very slow time in the day. I stood around for 25m and then asked about my order. The same lady I ordered from told me I didn't have an order. After I showed her my ticket. They made two very sloppy tacos. That made a total mess on the plane.
Quesadillas were good. Customer service is very poor. No one seems to be in charge. 27 min wait for food after asking for it twice. Unfortunately not much choice in F terminal.
Delicious and fresh! While this probably isn't the fastest choice in the Southwest terminal, it is certainly one of the tastiest. The chicken was fresh and lean. The taste was clean and not salty (as is common in lots of Tex Mex). The staff were friendly and polite. I'll definitely stop by again!
My chips were chewy. The taco was cold, put together like a train wreck, and they forgot my beer. When I asked for beer, server got snooty with me, checked receipt, and then grabbed me a room temperature beer! Atlanta airport service has dropped significantly since Covid.
I ordered the veggie tacos, they were out, so I had to go elsewhere. My daughter ordered chicken quesadilla. She met me at Ecco. Her food from here was so bad she tossed it and ordered from ecco. She waited longer for her quesadellia then it took for me to get my order at ecco even though it was "fast food" and she ordered it much earlier then I did. The service lacked a smile or friendliness. But they know they don't need to win you over with good service because your options are limited.
I ordered 2 chicken tacos. The woman who waited on me had so much attitude. When I ordered them, she walked into the back without a word. I waited for a little bit, she came back and rang me up. She didn't tell me my number or that she'd call it when my order was ready. I waited a long time for two tacos. She was not moving at any quick pace and when they came up she moved slowly to get them. She called my number, so I was trying to find it as it was not immediately visible and what she called was the last two digits. Worst customer service ever.
