Small location but best in the area

I ordered delivery through the subway app and called the store to request a refund or resubmission due to the fact that somehow the delivery address was the same as the stores when it crossed over to door dash. I contacted the store and the man screamed at me saying it’s not his fault and there won’t be a refund. He then hung up on me without giving any kind of support or showing any kind of empathy!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN, let alone any subway!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars. I would. my sister. And I showed up with our 3 kids and they turned us away 30 minutes before closing.

I visit this location frequently due to me living in the houses behind here bt they never seem to fail. They don’t understand a bit of English. It’s constantly huh.. then today put the icing on the cake I asked for the softest chocolate chip cookie this lady gave me the fuxkin hardest.’now it explains why she was tryin to warm my stuff up b4 handing it to me bt I told her no… they need to get new ownership or something need to change to get them outta there cus they horrible. I think he the manager he always so rude or cold hearted lookin.. yea the worst.

I order at least once a week through the app. My sandwich always on point they never let me down.

The man that works here is very rude. I frequented this location because it's closest to my job but I have had several encounters with bad costumer service. This includes my mobile order not being ready or even started when I arrive, and requests for ingredients or sauces being denied. Yesterday I went in to pick up my mobile order. I asked for oil and vinegar packets. He stood there staring like he didn't understand me. After a few awkward seconds he reaches into the cabinet for the oil and vinegar and when I put my had out to receive them he dropped them carelessly and they fell on the floor. He looked at them on the floor, said "oops" and turned and walked away. I will never spend my money here again. I will leave earlier for work and travel a little further.

Worst Customer Service specially from the Person who claims to be Manager....don't have any idea why he is rude & Disrespectful....The Female Employees are Good & Respectful....He gave me the Hard Bread despite me telling him to give Soft Bread. And when I tried to show them what they gave me.....he Started Yelling at me....He will make the Business go down here....!!

Great job! Food was good!! Fresh bread!!
