The cafe was okay. I have been at other cat cafes which are better kept and clean. Love the information, and their love for the cats. The place needs to be updated.
I enjoyed the bread of the grilled cheese sandwich. It was SUPERIOR. I like the vibe of this place. Just be aware, there are cats…
What an amazing place to spend some quality time with your kids. The staff is so friendly. Food is great and best of LOTS of sweet cats with different fun personalities. Don't forget to get a treat for them at the Cafe! How fun and lovely. Tysm yall Dietary restrictions: Vegan and lactose free friendly
I wanted to own a cat here and yet they declined me due to them ghosting me and I having to constantly call to find out whats going on. Im only pointing out the negatives before the positives. The cafe itself has a welcoming environment with lovely tasty food/drinks. The staff themselves have their own personality and express it a lot when talking. They love to find out everything in your life and comfort you. The cafe smelled a little gross so be careful when entering. The cats themselves have all their own bio's, and some even have their own special places. This cafe is wonderful but adopting was a horrible experience
They are very inconsistent with their service and the adoption process was toxic and abusive with them yelling at you and disrespecting you verbally. They continue to have this know it all attitude that is very demeaning which makes every interaction frustrating This is a cafe for adopting cats yet treat hopeful owners like applying for a high class job. The cafe was beautiful, and they took good care of the cats. Just the people are so rude, and ruined my experience. Kid-friendliness: They are rude to autistic people even though they say its a safe autistic environment.
Kids loved it. We didn’t eat there. The kids got lemonades that they said were good. The staff was friendly.
In early December we went to The Kitty Beautiful for lattes and cat immersion. We found a friendly atmosphere, very clean and well serviced, and enjoyed 30 minutes with about 20 cats. Two weeks later we went back with family, had lunch that included cat-shaped sandwiches, and adopted Patchwork, a three-year old calico. Documentation on the cat was thorough. We were pleased with the expeerience and are delighted with 3-yr. old Patchwork, who as advertised is "affectionate without demanding."
Humans were great, cats made me play with them for an hour. No complains tho
The staff are always super friendly and tell you all about the cats that are there, and the cats are always just too adorable!
