Horribly inefficient, no manager or managing of any kind to be found. Absolute chaos.
While staying at the motel next door I got a super expensive sandwich from this honey baked place to go. Bread was dried out and the rue lady that waited on me acted as though people from out of town were wasting her time. Can't recommend, won't be back.
By far too expensive. Fifty two dollars for a three pound ham.
Order and pay ahead of time very convenient
Quality of frozen sides are not worth the price. The ham and Turkey has always been good but DO Not buy the sides! You will be disappointed.
Orderd ham online and picked it up. Fast service.
Pre ordered ham for Thanksgiving. When I went inside, I was greeted with a hello and how can I help you. Showed her my order from my phone, and she went and grabbed me a ham. She wished me a happy Thanksgiving, and u was on my way. I've ordered from here the last few years, and I have always been happy with their ham.
Before I went to the Honeybaked Ham store I looked at the website. Nowhere on there did it say they weren't serving lunch during the holidays. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told that they were in fact not serving lunch. The manager was rude about it, so much so another customer apologized to me. It was belittling. To add insult to injury there were staff in the back making pre-made sandwiches. If I were the supervisor I would've had the sandwiches made to compensate for the time my customer spent in line as a courtesy.
If you haven't tried one of their smoked hams, you definitely need to try 1 day R delicious. I get one every year.
