Good ambiance, good service, delicious food, friendly and nice staff (family business)!

Under new ownership, take any previous reviews with caution. The food does not taste the same as before with the old owners. The food tastes bland and wet. The atmosphere feels completely bland and empty. The menu has also changed. Used to be my go to spot but it is no longer.

terrible restaurant ive ever seen , rice was cold , kebab was frozen , salad wasn’t fresh , ash reshte taste was so bad ,

Wow, never had koobideh this bad. It was chewy and weird, almost feels like it was boiled instead of grilled. The chicken was also sweet for some reason.

The food (kebab chicken and beef ) was so delicious ! The service was very good . But first thing when I came , I came to restroom , and it was very dirty… really after this I wanted to go out . But we stayed , and food was amazing !
