The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - West Palm Beach, FL

I have been ordering from Great Greek for a while however this last time was a huge change. I know there is a difference in running a business which is why I understand the higher prices, however, when you combine higher prices with portions that are *less than half* of what they used to serve along with NO CONDIMENTS. not even taziki with a $20 gyro Platter or even an app order of dolomades? No lettuce, tomatoes,or even feta cheese with $20 gyro platter? Nothing. Just meat, one pita (4 squares) and a very small side. I will take my business somewhere else.

Great food high prices okay place to dine in ok service

I visited this restaurant with my husband and our 2 kids. After enjoying our dinner, I was waiting in line for the restroom, when one of the employees ( a black young kid that works in the kitchen) thought that it was a good idea to throw a prank on me in front of my 4 years old and started screaming at us. The employees look at us and he said that it was a joke. Very disrespectful of this young kid to prank an adult without my consent and assuming that it will be ok. I have a medical heart condition and this funny moment for this employee could’ve been a bad moment for all of us. I do not recommend to visit this place specifically if you are coming with your kids.

Good food but terrible service. They need to school the management big time. For dinner one order came and the second about 15 min later. They need to learn how to manage service much better than that. Plus, the cup of sauce they brought was tipped over and spilled on the tray. In places like that, they want you to pay up front, including the tip. My advice is to tip after the meal in cash if the service deserves it.... otherwise... nothing ... zip.

The food was okay. Didn't care for the tzatziki sauce in my pita wrap. Overall, customer service was good.

We did a catering order for 45 guests for my sister's bridal shower. We ordered one full tray (feeds 30) and a half tray (feeds 15) of chicken. When we opened the order, it was missing half a tray of chicken. We called the restaurant back and spoke to the manager Juan and to our surprise they said that the one full tray had the right amount to chicken because they combined the one full tray with the half tray all in one full tray. That does NOT make sense when we paid an extra 110 dollars to get a half tray. Very disappointed that they did not make this right. I don't recommend doing catering from this restaurant, unless you want to pay more to not get the portion you need.

Tasty food.

I have to say, this place has the best Greek food around, no kidding. I went there with 7 friends on a busy Sunday lunchtime, and the staff were just awesome - they were quick, super friendly, and on top of everything. I tried the Grilled Chicken Souvlaki salad platter and just thinking about it makes me want more. The chicken was grilled just right – it had a slight smoky taste and the seasoning was spot on. I’m definitely going back to try more because I can’t stop thinking about that meal. I don’t usually write reviews, but the food was so amazing and the staff were so great that I just had to. Everything was so good that I felt like I had to let others know.
