Food was salty and service was slow and sleepy. It was karaoke night and they repeated played R Kelly and allowed people to sing his songs. Hearing songs like that are gross.

Got seated within 15 mins of waiting. They were very accommodating if you brought kids, highchairs if needed. The waitress Emelia, was very attentive and very welcoming...she did a wonderful job with my party of 10. Everyone said their meal were delicious, I got the jambalaya, IT WAS FANTASTIC, so much flavor and a good size serving for the price of $24. The atmosphere was on point, good music and everyone around enjoyed themselves. The only negative I can give would be to lower the music just a tad, it felt like I was at the club while eating and you couldn't hear the person next to you talking other than that I would definitely come back.

This is the second time I came here in the span of three weeks and I ordered the same thing and each morning, I’ll wake up and my stomach is all messed up, I don’t know if it’s their ranch or the ingredients that they’re using.

The atmosphere is pretty cool. Music is way too loud to the point you can’t even hear your own thoughts. Food pricing is ridiculous for the food quality. 4 strips of asparagus for $12. We were is a large party (reservation) the waitress looked like she hates her job and it was evident by the service she provided. It took 45 minutes for her to take our order because she would take 1-3 people’s order and just walk away rather than just get everyone’s order. By the time the last person got her food we were being pushed out because we had been there for a while but they took forever to get our order or bring us out food. Over all had to pay a 20% service charge which is understandable since it was a large party but the service was so terrible. Most of the employees looked miserable

Server Tzaddi A. gave below poor service. They got my order wrong although I specified numerous times that I am a vegan and want a vegan burger with a vegan side salad which they confirmed. It was unfortunate because the hosts/security and bartenders did a great job! The food when it came out the 2nd time was delicious. My partner had to eat his meal before me because we didn't want it to get cold and had another event to attend to afterwards. It was Valentine's day so I had to make my order to go which was not ideal so we wouldn't be late. I will say that the bartender/manager Shay really handled the situation perfectly. They listened to me, made the adjustment as quickly as possible, updated me and was able to make it a rush and to go. They offered me another drink and was able to adjust the bill. Tzaddi on the other hand really left me with a terrible experience, when they saw that I spoke up, came to my table and said "you sent it back", no, "did the order come out wrong" or "is there anyway that I can help". So unprofessional! They did not check up on us not even once after my order was delivered incorrectly due to their incompetence. We still tipped 18% because it is curtesy however, it nearly ruined Valentine's Day. We will visit again because Shay really saved our experience and helped me feel a lot better. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable. The crowd is diverse and family friendly. The food was really delicious! I hope our service is much better from the very beginning next time.
