The salsa is not the same

I usually receive good food. Today I’m terribly disappointed that I received my enchilada with no sauce or cheese. I’ve called the restaurant 4 times, no answer! I want a refund.

Please don't go here this food was disgusting. I ordered the cheese Enchilada plate and the cheese wasn't even melted the food was cold. Gross

OMG This was unbelievable, I order a full tray of flautas. Their staff does NOT tell me that only 12 comes in the tray until I pick them up because I asked Why is the tray not full and why the flautas are cut in half and some were less then half then a regular tortilla; I will NEVER order again from EL CHILE VERDE. I specifically told her that I wanted a tray full she should told me that the tray full takes about 2 to 2 1/2 dozen to get it full and it will be more money, which I would had any problem paying it; I was very disappointed and mad when I saw the flautas were cut in half of a tortilla!!!
