Very slow!!! Took almost 4 hours for lunch. As soon as we were seated, we heard a server & customer talking very loudly about how long the customers were waiting for food. Our server was new on the job but asked questions & double checked to make sure he got everything right. We appreciate Roy & were patient with him because the food taking so long to get done clearly had nothing to do with him.
The food was great, and I appreciate the fact that they offer other food items for those who don't eat certain seafood dishes
I've come to this Red lobster hundreds of times and I'm done. There's some great employees that work there. However, the management or business practices make the establishment not worth my time and money. Every time I go there there's a ridiculous line but over half the restaurant is empty. This place like so many others have discovered the ratio of food prices, workers, and seats filled to a degree of profit. This concept is great for the owners and horrible for the customers and it overworks the employees. My most recent experience involved me and my sister arriving at 7pm not being seated until 8pm not receiving food until 8:45. And I get it. It's Los Angeles. But for a thawed out steak with no flavor, overcooked lobster, $100 tab for two people and a suggested 20% tip. You guys can do better.
The Admirals Feast is one of the great dishes for a reasonable price.
