I've ordered delivery from this location twice in the last week and each time I'm charged for a sandwich it says they have and then I don't receive. Nothing extra thrown in to compensate or refund given without me doing it myself. The drinks and pastries have been fine & good, though. Maybe the location is better in person but I'm not going to order delivery from them again.

I used to love coming to this location, but this morning the Latina barista with tats and pink top seemed upset that she had to pause her conversation with her coworker to do her job. No "good morning" or "thank you" from her, just rude..
I got here at 2:54pm. The employee/manager saw but refused to acknowledge and quickly ran inside the door to the kitchen. The business hours do not mention closing early to customers. Is this what the management and owner approves daily? The employees and service has been very bad since the high turnover here. Please go to The Grove location. They do not shut their doors earlier. The employees do not complain to customers how understaffed and share their grievances of the unfairness.
No phone chargers. After spending near $40.00 I later asked for a cup of water. The attendant wanted to change me a quarter extra. Additionally, the crescent was stale.
The girl worker was the best and very helpful but the male worker Barack was the worse and not helpful in any way gave attitude when I asked question and from what I see the girl was doing all the work he was on his phone
