Taco Bell

I went in yesterday for lunch after it finished raining. While i was ordering on my phone(2 other people were using the 2 kiosks she you can't order in person even though three was like 5 employees just standing there) I asked to use the restroom (it's always locked) and the manager came out to unlock the door and I grabbed my backpack so I could change into dry clothes and was told thar "he" doesn't allow us to take our backpacks in the bathroom I would I politely explain that I had dry clothes on and didn't know anything like clothes while I ate my lunch and again Ted I don't let y'all take your bags in the bathroom and again I asked him who y'all was because I was there by myself and he said he said you know who y'all is you're very very basically spit that at me I'm going to assume it would be there or racist comment because I was the only white person in the building at a time and everybody else thought that was funny or he misjudged me as homeless which why the homeless can't take their backpack in the bathroom I don't understand but either way that was not the age not what I said that was the rudest most disrespectful way I've been talking to you ever in a restaurant hell actually almost anywhere in any business I have 15 years kitchen management experience and the restaurant in general management experience and I would have fired on the spot any employee that talks to any customer like that especially for no reason at which point I just left I went to McDonald's at lunch and I explained to him I have money I'm a customer I'm ordering on my phone because you going to take my order and yes I'm going to change clothes and eat and dry clothes while I finish my order but like I said he did not allow that I will not go to that Taco Bell again which I usually eat there at least twice a week yes I like I said either way either stereotype me as homeless which is really ridiculous anyway even if I was home why couldn't I change my clothes I don't understand that or he was racist either way neither one of those things are acceptable and somebody is homeless let him change their freaking clothes who cares and why in the bathroom blocked and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to clean the bathroom on a regular basis because you don't go in there and make a mess well if you don't want to clean up behind other people which is very obvious by the way the tables and their dining room looks they don't want to clean up after anybody else then get a job that doesn't deal with the public but if you're going to work in a restaurant especially fast food you are going to clean the restroom and you are going to clean the dining room you should be cleaning the restroom and the dining room on a regular basis but apparently they don't want to do those things there so they lock the bathroom door and he tried to tell me that that was an order from corporate which I don't really believe me either way I'll never go back

Love going to Taco Bell. I wish they would bring back the Empanadas full time. Crispy and cheesy. Everything else is good too.

All the tables are super dirty Bathroom’s always closed

Very rude online service breakfast so I went in and tried to order then yelled at me i cant be in there they don’t open till 9 but the drive thru is open, well i cant fit in a drive thru my trucks to big and kept making these excuses that i couldn’t order inside even though there open for drive through no signs saying drive thru only

No bad for a quick bit

Service has gotten better
