George did a great job serving his customers. Very upbeat and considerate young man. Tacobell isn't the first place when you think of positive outlook and positive service but he did a great job representing the place.
It took nearly 15 minutes to get food at the drive thru at 7:30 in the evening.
Just ordered a soda and paid at the window and then they forgot to give me my drink...had to honk to tell them i was still there waiting. I think it was the manager and she was too busy doing something at the same time to remember i was still there waiting.
They have a large touchscreen that you place your own order on and then you choose to pay with your card there or go to the counter to pay with cash. It seemed inconvenient or possibly easy to screw up but it was really easy to understand aswell as make \ create special orders. I'd rather do that than go through the drive-thru if I'm being honest.
If I could give zero stars I would. Took over 30 minutes to get food we ordered for pickup. One employee named Anderson literally flipped us off. Very professional. After waiting that whole time they told us they were out of chicken for our food. The only redeeming thing about this place is Cherish who was helpful and sweet.
Went in to place order about 10:30 am. Walked in & tall young kid behind counter looked at me like I had 5 eyes. Said I wanted to make an order. NOONE else in restaurant. He looked at me like I was crazy now & said "You have to use the kiosk." I told him I didn't do that. He said well we dnt take orders. So I walked out! What is up with this? Is/WAS my favorite Taco Bell. (Taco Bell after soccer game for team...too bad.....lesson learned manager??)
Friendly employees and quick, efficient service. Awesome Rewards Program.
Why can't they make the orders like they r supposed to? I mean where is the cheese on these 2 Gordida Crunches & this happens all the time at this location. Just plain old sad. Whatever happened to pride in ones work. Service is normally decent.
