Horrible customer service. I went today to get a Cold Cut Trio. The girl making my sandwich was nice. I've been getting this sandwich for years not only at other locations but this one as well. I don't like tomatoes, onions or bell peppers so I just get lots of lettuce, pickles and black olives. So while she's adding my toppings the so-called "owner" is hovering and is at the counter cutting some meat. As she's done adding the salt-n-pepper I ask her if she can wrap them in 2 halves. She said sure. Next thing the "owner" turns around and says to the worker "that's too much"! The girl goes she asked for that. So she continues to wrap my footlong in 2 halves and I asked for some cookies. She put my food in the bag and is about to ring me up when the "owner" gets up goes to the food and takes off a label and hands it to me or i thought. I reach for it and say what's this? (Thinking he's handing me an advertisement or store coupon) and as I'm reaching for it he pulls it back and says "THIS IS HOW MY SANDWICHS ARE MADE" and "NEXT TIME IM GONNA HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA!!!" I'm like are you serious? I've been coming here for years and always got my sandwich made this way. Everywhere subway makes them like this!!! I'm not understanding. I don't like the other stuff like tomatoes and peppers so instead of those toppings I get more pickles and olives. He goes ill have to charge you extra next time. Im like that makes no sense, i guess i wont come here anymore. He says "DONT COME BACK!! The girl rings me up and I say I'm paying over $10 for this sandwich and it's not even worth the price. I said you just lost a loyal customer. So she gives me my change and receipt. I take it and start to walk away and the so-called "owner" says (as 2 new customers walk in) DONT COME BACK!!!! I said I won't and your store sucks anyways!!! There was no need for his rudeness im spending my hard earned money coming to his place of business and for him talking to me a paying customer like this is uncalled for. I need someone high up in the company to take a look at how this franchisee is conducting business and treating customers this way. I should've just gave her back the sandwich and got my money back. With they way prices are going up everywhere he needs to be nicer to paying customers if he wants to stay in business!!! Hopefully corporate sees this and contacts me. I'm not the only one getting mistreated at this location!!! I'm adding a photo to show how my sandwich looks and it wasn't "too much" like he said

No one needs this much mustard. I don't know why they have been doing this lately but I'm not going there again anytime soon.

I went to this place to buy a sandwich with the coupon. The staff gave me a list of what I can order but with the coupon I had I could order that kind of sandwich.they made they own rulls. Manager was so rude and racist . Not only to me but the customer after me as well. I wanted to cut and wrapped separately the order I had.he yelled at me that I can't request it which is wrong. He is a around 50 years old.i ask he's name he did not tell me.food is not fresh and bad customer service.wont recommended to anyone

1 star bc 0 isn't. On Google and at the door it says 8 am. We called to ask if they where open for business and instead of saying no they hung up. I went to the location and the employees look right at me and ignored me. I just wanyed to ask what time they would open.

Food was not fresh. The place was warm inside. The ladies were not using hairnets and took the plastic gloves off to touch the register and put the same ones back on afterwards. Service was slow and there were only two of us in the place.

I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich, online. They didn't tell me that they haven't had Pastrami for over a year, till I got there. It was on the menu and cost more than the BMT that I substituted. Issue after issue with Subways, no matter which one of 3 that I go to. I wish Jetsey Mike's was closer! Vegetarian options: Any sub can be made without meat, and also into a salad.

Consistency is important for fast food restaurants. From the rancid meat, moldy cheese, brown wilted lettuce, and green tomatoes, this Subway location is consistent. Go the extra mile, visit a different Subway location.
