Genna was very rude and argumentative. No reason for her attitude. She could have been pleasant, but decided to have an attitude. I walked up to the counter from the area where we were sitting with our Starbucks drink. She even watched me leave my seat. I walked up to order a refill and she immediately told me that I needed to have already purchased a drink. Yet, she saw us enjoying our drink moments earlier. She wanted me to prove we had already purchased a drink, which wasn't the problem, it was her attitude. Genna will cause other customers to get their daily coffee elsewhere. Like we are doing today at Fast Cat Coffee. Your other partners / baristas were very nice, especially Jess.
