Taco Bell

Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Their answer was there was only 1 person working. We saw 4 people back there. The food was underwhelming and lady was rude. Not sure we will be back.

Stingy / below average portion. I don't even think I received a teaspoon of sour cream, that's how small it was...and I removed the guacamole so they already saved money on my order. Watched employee dish out beans which didn't appear to be a food scoop. Rice is exactly one scoop - and not a rounded one. Watched them do the same to other orders. Forgot the cheese on my order. No fork or napkins on a to go order (and there was none out for people to self serve). By the time I got everything after going inside three times my food was cold. Disgusted at their greed. On top of it, their food is generally not tasteful, so I don't know why I even bothered. Won't be back.

This place keeps getting worse. My last two visits have had the taco sticking to the paper and there's no way for it to scrape off and still hold the contents of the taco. They're too soggy and not crunchy at all.

Took. Twenty minutes and I got the food on this tray. See what is the problem!!!!! Short staff. Closed the drive thru or the lobby Manager needs a new job !!!!

This Taco Bell has great customer service and fresh tasty food. I ordered the Mexican pizza and cheese quesadilla. It was delicious.

So the new thing with fast food locations is that they're replacing people with digital kiosks.

This location has messed up my order more than any other. I used to go to taco bell at least once a week by my house. However when i’m working I will sometimes go here. I have ordered from here id guess 6 times. Atleast 3 times something has been wrong with my order. Last time I ordered a cravings box with a Crunchwrap, bean burrito, potatoes, and a drink. In my box was everything besides the burrito. And instead they gave me a side of chips and nacho cheese. How do you even mess that up there’s no scenario where a cravings box has 2 sides in it. The time before that I put in my in my mobile order as in store pickup. I got a cravings box and they typically in the drive through they take max 5 minutes to cook my order. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes and could not finish my food before having to go back to work. No one asked me what order I was waiting for or anything. I eventually told someone but the wait was still longer than any taco bell experience i’ve had. There was not a long drive through line either. Other than that all my orders have been correct but the quality is noticeably worse than other nearby locations. When I had the nacho pass the fries at this location where never ever crispy not a single time. It’s a bummer because the staff here are always very nice and polite. I’m only writing this review because of the starch contrast between the quality of my orders of this restaurant vs the one on plaza drive which has never forgotten a item nor has had me wait that long.
