Taco Bell

Watched the drive-through guy sneeze as he was fixing a drink. The cashier was nice and the lady that handed me my food was nice too. Tried the new chicken cantina. There wasn't much to it. Avacado Verde sause was yummy, tho!

Service was TERRIBLE. Had to use kiosk to order inside (no counter help), then waited 25 minutes while cars zipped through drive through with their orders. Food was well prepared and hot, better than most.

Just had someone named joshua take our order and it was 10/10 customer service!!!

2 stars but only because the manager was nice when I called but the employees need to do better. The drink machine was messed up. The sprite I ordered tasted like carbonation so they swapped it for a Baja blast which was no different but I left it alone. What aggravated me was the fact that they put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag so it was literally busted in the bag. Manager was understanding but it would be nice if the order was made right in the first place. This is laziness.

Is it attempted murder if employees keep giving me real baja blast instead of zero? I will make a big deal about this.

Look i get it times are tough but dang why so little chicken and cheese dont think ill be back staff to busy laughing than taking care of customers.
