I can’t tell you how much I love going to this specific location. The whole staff is great. I typically use the drive through, and not one time have I had a bad experience. They’re always funny, they make drink suggestions that always end up being delicious, I’ve even had them stop me and talk about what music I have playing or talk about my tattoos and I love it. Favorite location, hands down!

03-02-2024 Saturday Stopped by the drive-thru today on my way out of town & ordered my usual but they told me they did not have a way to make it. WHAT?! Then a different voice came over the speaker to tell me the option they had similar to what I had asked for. I then ordered a different drink, just to be told they did not have it either. I left❗ In over 20 years of visiting Starbuck's locations, I have never encountered anything like this before today. Even a few miles up the road at the Starbuck's in Food City, they make these drinks! I highly do NOT recommend wasting your time or money hereI I ordered the same drink at another coffee shop in Guntersville without difficulty and it was delicious. I also ordered the same drink at a Starbuck's in Hazel Green, AL later tonight without difficulty & it was delicious. I do not understand what the problem was at THIS location today. a year ago: Update: what is up with this starbuck's? Every Frappuccino we get now tastes different but we can order the exact same frappacinno in other cities & they're terrific! So disappointing a year ago: Why are they out of almond milk every time I visit this location? Where is management? As much as these coffees cost, can you not go across the street and purchase almond milk?? So many folks cannot have dairy! Geez! 3 years ago: Visited via drive-thru. They were out of an ingredient needed to make my favorite coffee drink but the guy was exceptionally nice & knowledgeable about coffee drinks similar to my fave & offered suggestions. Tried one & didn't care for it so he asked what I didn't like about it before making another kind & this time it was spot on! We were ready to leave without any coffee, but he was so kind & patient & willing to help us find something we'd like. Very impressive-especially for a new store.

Drive thru can take a good long minute just to stop and go in the afternoon and evening...but not in a hurry then got to go. Going inside does not mean you will get drinks faster due to drive thru orders being backed up, mobile/ on line orders, and anyone else that is already in the cafe. It takes just as much time to go in a long drive thru or walking in 15 mins or so after placing a app order is easier to walk in to "grab and go"....but. Not guarantee. I go everyday. Vegetarian options: Depending on if you are OK with cheese and eggs on your particular diet Dietary restrictions: Sugar free option keto low fat Parking: Close to 50 -60 if you have other business around that share spaces Kid-friendliness: There is not things there for kids to do but pretty spacious and places to sit Wheelchair accessibility: Parking , parking for lift and ramped sidewalk
