WORST SERVICE, EVERY SINGLE DAY I COME IN AND THERES ALMOST ALWAYS ONLY ONE PERSON MAKING THE SALADS WHILE THE OTHERS JUST STAND AROUND, AND THE LINE IS CLEARLY DOWN THE STORE. SAVE TIME, GO ACROSS THE STREET TO JUST SALAD, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAST! THIS SWEET GREEN IS THE WORST!!!!!

This location is always a complete disaster. Email says your order is ready, expect to wait another 15-20 minutes. They are always understaffed and stuffed to the gills with delivery drivers etc. food is very good

If you can’t be bothered to get the extra crema when not even remotely busy, then I don’t even want the dry fajita bowl anymore (respectfully). I’m sure there are better locations—I’ll stick to those.

This is the 3rd time I have been there and each time there is a terrible worker who clearly doesn’t wanna work. She is rude and not helpful. I will never go back again! Until they change their servers

The quality of ingredients is fantastic… when they’re available. Constantly out of items like avocado, or today it was the salmon. The service here is so slow, I often go to the competitors because they’re faster (and nicer, frankly). I never order pickup anymore because the portions are minuscule. I used to come here multiple times a week, now I barely come every other month.

Lazy and unkind service. Accidentally overtipped on a glitchy machine and had to beg for my money back. Food is amazing (when not shoddily prepared), but it would be great to have actual quality people working here (except for the gentleman who ultimately gave me the money). I plan to wait months until new people are hired before even thinking about returning.
