Dispute with your credit card company in advance. I ordered two salads and both were delivered incorrectly without chicken, included toppings, dressing, and utensils. Essentially, Sweetgreens delivered two bowls of kale and charged $40. When I tried to remedy the issue, I was sent to a series of automated messages that promised a store credit that I never received.

Many gluten free options and a staff that understands cross-contact makes this a wonderful place to stop for a quick meal. The fact that we can walk to it from home is an added bonus.
