Starbucks

My husband ordered my usual for me, a quad shot of espresso with some half'n'half, going thru the drive-thru. When he got home I opened the cup & could obviously see that there wasn't even a drop of cream or 1/2-n-1/2 in it! Anyone who drinks espresso drinks regularly, like I do, knows that the coffee will bitter within a few minutes if some sort of milk, cream or fat isn't added! So I had to drive BACK up to the Starbucks, and luckily the staff at this location are awesome & extremely friendly! They replaced my espresso with the corrected version & I was on my way. I just wish it hadn't taken 2 trips!

it was a bit slow and quiet but the young lady at the counter was very nice. she gave me time to get my coworkers order and i didn't feel rushed at all. overall it was a great experience and the drinks where great like always.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. If I could express 0 stars, I most definitely would! I went, initially ordered a decaf cold brew. They didn’t have it but suggested a decaf Americano so I took that along with what I initially requested in it. I pulled up to the window and they were giving me something hot, I politely stated I wanted something iced, then they were trying to give me a regular cold brew, black, nothing in it. I politely repeated that I wanted the two toppings initially requested in it and the clerk attending me yelled at me and said “NO YOU DID NOT BUT OK” then slammed the drink on the barista’s work table. When they gave it to me, they did not even close it right and it spilled all on me, and my car floor. Rude, unethical, poor service.

Sarah, sherry, and cyrus were cranking as fast as they could today to help all customers. Thankful for your hard work and great service despite the many tickets that were flying out of that printer

Great customer service. One time, my regular drink didn't taste quite right and they were happy to make it again. Starbucks is a consistent breakfast option. Pros: service and dedication to make things right Cons: music slightly too loud
