Subway

Went a did curbside got my tuna sandwich got home an wrong bread wrong toppings also ordered 2 dollar churro it tasted burned NO CINNAMON OR SUGAR it tasted old! I'll never go there again I'll stick to the one off Del Rosa. Worst visit EVER.

The food itself was great. The service was poor and truly sucked. They definitely need some improvement. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but I'm gonna blame it on that, so I can't completely convince myself of the other things that came to mind. First off, they were really slow. I let them know that I had made our order online prior to going to the store to pick it up. We(my husband and I)were the only people in the store when we arrived to get our order. Then a lot of people started showing up and were making orders inside the store and, for whatever reason, they were taken care of before we were. The humble person I am, I didn't say anything. But my husband definitely did, and he wasn't rude, after he noticed that several people had come in after us, placed, and had their orders made and were leaving before our order was even looked at.. Honestly, I never throw the race card, but this really felt racial. Seeing how we were the only black people there. We were basically first in line yet serviced last. But again, I want to blame the poor service on maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, my not so humbe other side would absolutely say, they treated us like an afterthought, and we probably would've sat there even longer, had my hubby not said something. Nobody apologized for us having to wait so long either. The chic just said our name, tossed the bag up on the counter, and walked away... That's not how people should be treated. The location is convenient to home, but we won't be going back to that store.

Great customer service 2 girls that are always there very polite

Terrible food... the bread was so hard and crumbly. I asked for not toasted which wasn't but tasted as if it was and put back into the bread holder. Complete waste of 2 meals.

I have been going to this Subway for a while now, and the management and the employees are great. The owner takes a lot of pride in the business and hires good employees. Today we and my wife was served by Akkeer, he was absolutely fantastic we had a great conversation, and he took pride in his work. He worked quickly but made sure to put fresh ingredients in all of our sandwiches and listen very well. I find it's hard to get employees that take pride and what they do. Akkeer is the type of employee that makes customers want to come back.

Horrible is all I can say they have a phone number which no one picks up

Chicken breast is deli thin slices now , Chicken teriyaki is super gross and taste like canned soggy chicken . No more Subway for us .
