Twice in the same day I placed an order both orders came wrong, the bread was old everything freezing cold just DISGUSTING! I attempted calling store multiple times and no answer.

I order12" tuna sub, and they call me to say they don't have tuna just 2 minutes before my order was ready, both subs I ordered with herb& cheese bread and both comes with white bread. Both subs I asked with different type of cheese and both come with the same type of cheese. And to finish I ordered a cookie and when I get to muy home SURPRISE there was no cookie at all instead was another bag of potatoes. This wasn't the first time this happened to me on a online order it's actually the second time. I forgot there was no lettuce either.
This is my go-to restaurant ever because I usually go there to get my extra-cheese pizza because I love it so much and it tastes good that we will often go there and eat that delicious extra-cheese pizza, and that place has really intelligent and really nice employees working it out throughout their life at Subway. I really want to hope these employees there find this review wonderful and helpful
