Su Casa Mexican Restaurant

First off let me start I came here because I was super hungry. Walking downtown Chicago, I said to myself and my girlfriend. Hey let’s go here it can’t be too bad trying not to judge. I walk into the restaurant Has a funny smell, Noticed that the pictures on the wall instead of taking them off to paint they painted around them, All the Staff 60 years old plus retired and did not care, Food took forever server came back every now, and then didn’t really care to provide an amazing experience, Only Ate half the food, chicken seem not cooked all the way queso taste funny, Don’t get me started on the chips and salsa salsa was way Spicy Tasted very off, Tortillas were hard to cut that tasty the chips look like the ones you get in Walmart from the bag taste like them too $60 for three people to eat without even Getting drinks, extremely overpriced I would’ve rather went to McDonald’s honestly, this place seems to be bought by someone else and turned into something else not worth the time tried to give the benefit of the doubt definitely not worth the price. Honestly I wish I had a better experience but just don’t come here not worth your time if you’re in Chicago trying to have a great time go down and raising canes or something

Really rude service and mediocre food. Don't ask to split a check. MANY Better options in the city.

Amazing food, and amazing service. In my opinion this was the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to.

My family and I do Taco Tuesday every week for family dinner. This place is great and has some of the best fresh guacamole I've ever had. Everything from the table chips to the margaritas was delicious. Service was great! Highly recommended!

The food was good. I had the steak chimmichuri tacoss. Service was a little slow, but it was on a busy day. Eventually got some extra help to take orders and bring drinks.we did have afew drinks that is why price per person is a little higher

This was a good choice for lunch in the middle of our conference. It wasn't terribly busy so service was extremely quick. We probably only waited 5-10 minutes for our food after ordering. My friend ordered fish tacos and I ordered the steak chimichurri tacos. Delicious!! The outside is cute and inviting and the inside is fun.
