Steiner Ranch Steakhouse

The food was very expensive and was not cooked well at all! my husband’s steak was overcooked. He ordered medium rare and it came to him well done. I ordered the salad with tenderloin strips and they were so overcooked and cold, it was like eating beef jerky! I couldn’t eat it. We were VERY disappointed. The only thing that made it even tolerable was our waitperson. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s just the hype and even that isn’t enough to get us back out here. Just NOT worth the drive or the cost because they cannot deliver on the food aspect. This steakhouse misses every mark. Only the view was good.

Filet was amazing and so are the views

Ew. Just ew. Texas Roadhouse is way better by 1000%. We stayed about an hr. Got our food and was like ew what is this. Steak wasn’t medium rare like we asked, beans were SO SWEET, like why. Potatoe wedges and crab Mac and cheese didn’t taste like anything, please season your food lol Took a couple bites and asked to pack it. Went home and felt sick, threw up a little bit and gave the food to my dogs. My dogs ended up throwing up too. Ew. Just ew. Also nice view of a parking lot lol

I want to start this by saying the FOOD! Is sooo amazing! Best meal I’ve had b such a loooong time! 10000/10. Service: For the amount of money I am spending on a meal I would hope to have superb service and that unfortunately was not the case at all. I want to start by saying I am not one to nit pick but I just was not happy with the service I received. I asked a few things from the server and was just forgotten about. I asked the server to box up the rest of my appetizer so we could make room for our entrees. The appetizer sat on the table till the end of our meal. Not a big deal just something to point out. I asked the server twice for extra bread she forgot and then at 9:45ish we asked again maybe 9:50 and she said they couldn’t provide the bread, there was no more. I would understand that had I not asked prior. So that was frustrating. Also if I’m spending hundreds of dollars on a meal you should have these things available until the end of your meal no matter what. That’s my opinion though. I wasn’t offered a dessert I wanted to get a dessert but was not offered one and not brought a dessert menu and honestly at that point I was frustrated. Lastly the thing that really frustrated me was that we gave the card to our server she disappeared for about 20 minutes give or take and when we saw her again she was running food checking on her tables and refilling drinks meanwhile it was getting really cold on the patio I was standing up ready to go at this point hoping she would get the hint , but unfortunately that did not happen. I had to walk up to her and ask her if I needed to get the card from her and then the light bulb went off that she needed to swipe our card. It was not busy by the way it was past 10pm at this point. I’m writing this in hopes to improve because the food is sooo good just need to work on the service aspect.

Upscale “family” restaurant with high efficiency and live music.

Everything was amazing! We had the Wagu beef, so delicious. Even the homemade breads they set out and the butter was incredible! Our server was fantastic! The view was so beautiful!
