I am a customer of this location for the past 3 years, I go here several times per week. Never have I been more disappointed with customer service than today. We went to get drinks this morning before work, and ordered 3 venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam (we order this 3+ times per week). They made it with vanilla cold foam, which i would never order because i hate vanilla. Mistakes happen it’s fine. I went in the store to tell them (as we ordered drive thru) and they were EXTREMELY rude! I thought they would simply just remake it since they messed it up, but no the guy Jake (who was rude and showed the worst customer service ever) just poured out the vanilla cold foam and added salted caramel cold foam. The thing with this is that the vanilla cold foam had already mixed with the coffee, and so it wasn’t really fixed. I told him I didn’t want the coffee and i would just reorder it. He then said that’s fine, just reorder and pay again. At this point i’m angry with the customer service, it’s not even about the money or anything else. And i just wanted my correct drink. Another lady Sarah asked rude what drink I wanted and mumbled to another girl that it was the busiest time for me to do this. That is absolutely not my fault, if they just fixed it to begin with i would’ve been done. Then the sweetest girl, Tab, apologized for the inconvenience and for us waiting so long and offered to remake my drink. She remade it and apologized for the wait again. We didn’t get all three remade, 2 of them were complete trash, but mine was good at least lol. Thank you Tab! But because of Jake and Sarah, I probably will not return. They had the biggest attitude rolling their eyes, and all I wanted was a nice coffee before work. Terrible customer service. Even look at the pictures of the trash drinks given to me that Jake “fixed.” I’m mind blown how bad this was. I never review places, but this was just on a whole different level.
