There is a Staff person named Julie who has no tact to speak to customers- My drink was literally left steeping for longer than it should and my tea was BITTER without any Vanilla What a disappointment to have such a nasty experience first thing in the AM- Evening Staff is better

a Tall size coffee with no milk or sugar shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to prep! No attention to the customers

Watch’d the Spectrum news story asking for pay hours etc. what if Tipping went off percent and on a data driven tips per hour pay rate.

Totally agree with everyone that they need to work on space for seating, but I had a really wonderful experience today: I placed my to go order at the wrong place and they were so kind to make the order with them instead of me heading all the way to the other side of Astoria. Which made me happy as I had my baby and puppy with me.
