Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service was fast and neat. Rawan was clean organized and fast with taking orders and moving on to the next customer in the blink of an eye. Her work area was so clean compared to other chipotles I’ve been to, especially with how fast she was getting the orders done. Shot out to her. Store was extremely clean over all even though they were very busy. 1st time to this location but I will be back as it stood out from others. Will be a regular in the rotation now.

Flavors at Chipotle are good, and the food here is typical Chipotle. The problem I have with all Chipotles is the food temperature. The food always winds up luke warm.

Bad and incompetent service! Don’t understand what costumers ask!

I got a bowl and they gave me a very very very small portion but when I've ordered it at other locations I've gotten a good and bigger amount. this chipotle is wack

They got my bfs order wrong when we decided to order online. He was specific ash but they added corn and some other stuff which wasn’t needed. I understand how it is working fast food but reading what someone wants specifically in their order (especially when it wasn’t too busy- during late hour) shouldn’t be that difficult.

My first time in this location and there were some pro’s & con’s. The pro’s are the small amount of people when I went inside & the cleanliness of the restaurant. Lots of teamwork with the staff which is always needed! The con’s were the lack of salt in the chips and the avocado. Didn’t taste the same like it usually does! The limited time carne asada was great thankfully. Sadly when I cut my burrito in half there wasn’t enough chicken or meat like I had asked for. I luckily used my rewards to get the avocado for free but I regret it since it sucked! The bathroom garbage was stacked with paper & the receipt PIN numbers do not work for the door so now you have to ask an employee for a code. Also weirdly around 2pm an employee was telling any people 18 years and under have to leave. I didn’t know why but teenagers do get loud and rowdy at times and don’t know how to act at times so it worked in my favor while enjoying my lunch.

Dirty tables, steak was so dry it was powdery. Rice was hard and chunky. Food was cold. Waited 40 mins for my online order and ate it right after it was made too and it was still like that. Workers had an attitude too
