Ordered Uber eats and one item was missing. We placed a second order and when I got my order there was the missing item, but a new one and a credit for the inconvenience! Talk about going above and beyond to make this right! Turned my sour mood into a sweet one! Thank you!

The employees have no respect or urgency when it comes to their customers time. They will talk to each first before greeting inside and at the window. The taste of drinks are not consistent and you pay close to $6 for a 12oz drink that taste watery and the cup isn't even filled so good luck there.
I was waiting 20 mins for a coffee and didn’t get it and people that order after me got it already and they said im the last one on the list, refunded it and never will come back again to this branch
I ordered both the new drinks. New drink with the matcha & lavender foam latte wasn't the way they advertised. I hardly had any on top. I couldn't taste the lavender at all. I stood there 5-10 minutes before anyone asked had I been helped. This was around 2:30 -2:45 pm. I ordered in the app and I didn't get charged BOGO. I paid full price for each. The 2nd drink was the St. Patrick day Frappuccino with Carmel sugar and Carmel drizzle on top was delicious.
