Starbucks

My mom and I were there yesterday trying to have a good conversation and enjoy the Starbucks refreshers. There were only 3 people working. So it take a while until someone came to took our order. We didn’t complain about it because the drive thru was busy so we understood they were understaffed. The guy who took our order was in a rush, there were 2 flies. Inside of the pastry display case. I brought it to his attention so he can take it out because it’s kind of gross see them on top off the break and flying around. I never try to be disrespectful to him or told how to do his job. His response was I won’t give you the bread from there, we have it at the back. At this point I look around and notice the lobby was dirty too and if he didn’t care how the front look I can’t imagine how the back looks like. He was very unprofessional, her coworker called out for our pastries but they never call us out when our drinks were ready. I tried to don’t let the situation bother me out because I just want to have a nice moment since my mom was visiting me. Anyway I just want to encourage y’all to be more careful about keeping the appearance and cleanness guidelines up to the standards. I know for sure if health departments showed during that time their scores would be low for those observations.

My mobile order is never ready when it's supposed to be. And when I asked if the lavender was in my matcha, it looked like it was missing, the barista rudely snickered at me.

I just enjoy going to a place where most if not all of the staff knows your name, not for any negative reasons but just good vibes.

This location can be hit or miss, if the male manager with the black glasses is working it might take 20 min to get your order
