I do not understand why a tall chestnut praline latte would cost anything more than $6 let alone $7.02. A TALL. I also tried to use an offer that was available on the app but was informed by the barista that this location does not accept the offers on the app. Then when I tried to scan to earn points, I was further informed that this location also does not accept scanning to give points. The barista stated that unless I was a Marriott member, I could not do so. It was quite a disappointing experience.

I had a very bad experience 11/11/2023, 9:50. Person was very rude after I asked for my order that took more than 20 minutes to be delivered. She was challenging me to wait for the manager because I asked for a return because I had to leave. She was making fun of me in front of clients with her comments and also to be Hispanic. This kind of behavior should not happened in Starbucks Marriot Atlanta. Good clients are coming here to have quality service not to receive this kind of treats while ordering a breakfast.

All the unnecessary loud yelling and screaming from the baristas when I walked in to this location after supposedly business hours was animal behavior quite much. How was I suppose to know that the store was closed without any signs from the glass doors? I was quite baffled at the 3. Rating review. Makes sense now.

Convenient location. Only took card payments and then asked me to sign the receipt after paying by tap. All the card companies stopped requiring signatures in 2018 and they're 100% unnecessary for contactless.

I come to this Starbucks nearly every day, and have been for the past 1.5 years because I go to one of the schools in an adjacent building. When I say I have never gotten a consistent coffee from them, I mean it! Sometimes they make it right and sometimes it’s like you never got what you asked for. Their coffee is normally bad, but when it’s the closest Starbucks to you it’s like, what do you do? But at this point, the coffee has been tasting burnt or something, just awful that I might as well stop at Dunkin instead because they are probably better!
