Drinks are good, service is okay

The owner and employees there are very rude with zero customer service! I would never want to go back to this place!

We ordered our drink and was told to wait until they make it. We sat down for 15 20 minutes and nobody called us. When my husband went to check our drinks were just sitting there. The asian guy was very rude and unprofessional. He took my picture without my approval.

This guy had such a bad attitude, when we went there he started by rolling his eyes, I thought it’s ok he is having a bad day. We were asking about the different drinks and he is like ‘oh you making it complicated’ I was like you are providing a service it’s your job to tell us about the service i am not going to pay $10 for something I don’t know or wouldn’t like he just huffed and puffed at me like I was asking him for something free. It’s the guys that someone else posted a picture of in the below comments. He was very rude and he messed up my whole day.

Very rude staff, manager said they don’t “give out” napkins. Will be taking out business elsewhere. Update, scroll down and see the image of the man everyone keeps complaining about his attitude. This is not the way to run a business.

Way overpriced. 7 bucks for a regular size and overly sweet fruit juice. They always seem to have only one person working at a time, which means that the people working are probably too exhausted to really make an effort to have good customer service, so I can't blame them for being tired. The place looks a bit dirty too, probably also because they don't have enough people working at a time. It doesn't compare well to a similar store, Agua Cabana at Northridge, who give much bigger portions for less. It sucks too because there's not many options for places with just drinks at this mall especially not for healthier drinks.

I got food poisoning after drinking their guava strawberry mixed with cucumber mint agua fresca. I am trying to reach them so they're aware but there's no phone number or contact information.

Too bad I couldn’t write multiple reviews. Anyhow, the man in the photos is JAMES and he is a horrible person to employ for customer service. One of their locations shut down that had the best tasting juices. The Chamango and Strawberry Milk were flawless. But that man made every customers experience dreadful. He always had a rude response to anything the customers asked. That person shouldn’t work in public at all. No manners, no people skills. Why is he even employed? HE made the company fail.

This man is so disrespectful and it’s disgusting on how he treats kids went there for the first time with my daughter we asked for one of the things of the menu anon on it my daughter nicely asked the lady then he said lower your tone she asked what she did wrong and then he again said lower your tone he should not be workings there aggressively disrespectful I then told him that’s not good that was our first and last time going there don’t recommend at all my daughter hasn’t been able to do anything or eat since then she doesn’t want to return to that mall he should not be there if he is gonna act like that with people

I used to love this place but this sale girl Jules was so rude..when I first ordered the drink she looks me up and down. And when I told her that I wanted the mangoes like the picture like a escalator that’s in the ad ..she says it’s just the same drink but the mangoes are just cut up in cubes and told her coworkers that I was the one’s who messed up. Just Unbelievable
