As an employee in the mall and a recurring customer the ownership is amazing. The coffee and ice cream add to that amazement. Most people believe they're just some coffee place. Trust me you're missing out on one of the best hidden places in this mall. Amazing afogatos, americanos, and don't forget to get the butterbrickle ice cream. Ask about their coffee ice cream too! Always sold out because it's that good. If I recommend a good coffee spot before/during/or after work it is definitely this place. Much blessings to curt for his great commitment for this place! If I had to pick 1 work to describe everything: PHENOMENAL

Location: inside Colorado Mills Mall. Right next door to ThirsTea Tiger (west end of the mall) S+C ice cream is made from scratch no diary mix no stabilizers. I can't review the coffee since I've never had it here but this place rivals some of the best Gelateria in the world in my elitist opinion. Few years ago I took a class at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy. It was explained to me that real ice cream is more dense less air and served at lower temperature. S+C ice cream reminds me of the same texture that you get with premium Gelato. Foxy Brown (cheesecake) is my go to. Butterbrickle and trialbar (black sesame) is always sold out because they only make daily batches. I hear that the Affogoto is also fire. Basically you can add a scoop of ice cream to any beverage. Double or nothing. Don't believe what you hear, believe half of what you see. Do believe what you eat.

The latte was strong and smooth and the butter brickle ice cream was seriously the best I have ever had. The location is clear across town from me but I'll make the drive the next time I want to go out for ice cream. He has delicious sounding affogato desserts that I'd like to try. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options!

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this place is! Holy cow! Located near Dick’s Sporting Goods, immediately upon walking up just to check it out we were met with the owner making drinks. He greeted us with a smile and started chatting about what to expect at his shop. Curt Peterson began by pointing out the piece from 5280 on his shop then dove right in on what his ice cream was all about and how it paired with the nitro cold brews. He then started busting out sample after sample. My oldest daughter loves lemon and he delivered a delicious lemon flavor. My youngest loves everything so she tried it all and settled on cookies and cream. My husband got butterbrickle in a whiskey barrel cold brew (SO GOOD!) and I got the honey hotness in the same cold brew. Now, when I tell you that honey hotness was the best ice cream I’ve ever had I am not even remotely exaggerating. It was perfectly creamy, the honey was paired perfectly with the habanero which you didn’t taste until the very end and it was a subtle but wonderful tickle of spice. I LOVE spicy stuff and this delivered. Curt was extremely kind and you could tell he loves his business and his products. It’s also fairly reasonably priced! I will return to Colorado Mills just for his ice cream and coffee! Kid-friendliness: He gives perfect little samples and is so happy to sample out everything for kiddos.

By far this is the best ice cream I've tasted in my life, I was interested in tasting as the flavors looked incredible and the ice cream was so much better than I had hoped. I was offered several different samples and every one was delicious. I settled on a double scoop of Foxy Brown which is a brown sugar cinnamon and Butter brickle. I would go back to Colorado just to have this ice cream again.

This place is awesome. I'm from Chicago and a buddy took me here. The owner was working and he was the most friendly and passionate guy. You can tell he loves what he does. He was asking me question, giving samples to make sure I got something I'd like. I had one of the best coffee drinks mixed with his home made ice cream. My buddy shipped me a bag of his coffee and I used it in my espresso machine at home and it's probably the best shots I've ever pulled.
