Burger King

The cashier seem to be racist. I came to the mall with some disabled clients. The cashier Christina took our order, we handed her the cash. She threw the receipt and the change on the counter instead of handing it to me. I watched her as other people (whites and Mexicans)ordered there food She handed them there change and receipts. This is very poor customer service. I will not allow my clients or myself to eat at this establishment again. Christina was very rude and unprofessional

Yuck. Shut it down. Not clean. Bad attitudes.

Tried to order a burger without a bun and it would have been easier stealing the gold from fort Knox. I watched the cook in the back place the food on a bun and then take the beef off the bun 3 times. I then proceeded to let the person that took our order know what I just witnessed and again reminded that person, NO bun. That staff member then decided to inform me that it was for a different order. I quickly spun around and said for who, as only 2 people where standing there. Me and my daughter.... Hmmmmmm. They need help in all aspects.

Pésimo servicio las empleadas siempre tienen mal carácter al atender te dan las hamburguesas sin lechuga por qué dicen que se terminó y ni si quiera te avisan antes de que las compres para decidir si las vas a querer así no te dan servilletas o lo que necesitas si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas además sus máquinas de sodas nunca tienen sabor pero ese problema lo veo en casi todos los burguer king pésimo sabor en los refrescos y lo peor de todo se niegan a usar cupones es un horror para comer ahí aparte se tardaron las horas en servir la comida

Food is always great and fresh

Extremely rude staff, laughed at me in my face because I couldn’t understand her broken English. Didn’t know how to use my coupon code and laughed the whole time while I stood and waited for my food. Would’ve paid to not experience people like this, overcharged, spoke zero English.

Lackluster is the way to describe this Burger King, even when only comparing it to other Burger Kings. The place was readomably slow for the time I ordered my food, so the wait was pretty small. That being said, even with a simple cheeseburger order, they managed to have it prepared pretty cold. Like the cheese was not even melted. I guess them being besier during lunch actually forces them to cook, cause this tasted like a fridge ready meal.

They don't even have plastic trays, so you have to eat on napkins. I feel sorry for the cleaning people that have to deal with all the mess on the tables. What fast food restaurant does not give any trays? How am I supposed to eat?!

Beware, this location refuses to honor Burger King coupons. Prices are also higher than other local locations.
