Shake Shack 630 Lexington Ave - 54th & Lex

Great food, slow service, and busy atmosphere. Even if you order to go it takes long to get it.

I arrived two days ago and my first dinner was there. I ate my first American hamburger and it was so good. It’s very differente from Italy insofaras the taste and the vibes. It was a really American evening while I ate my hamburger and watched a hockey game on TV.

Bonsoir, Nous revenons juste du Shake Shack de Lexington. Quelle déception !!! Nous avons passé commande sur une tablette. Et ensuite, nous avons attendu, attendu, attendu... Plus d'1/2h... Le personnel rangeait, et personne ne s'occupait de notre commande. J'ai dû aller leur demander où elle en était, et là la personne me dit qu'ils allaient la préparer. Donc si je n'avais rien réclamé, nous serions toujours en train d'attendre. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, lorsque nous avons récupéré notre commande, je l'ai vérifié et il manquait un hamburger !!! 3 sur 4, rien de compliqué... Je ne parle même pas du personnel qui est là sans être là, mollassonnes, sans aucun intérêt pour leur clientèle. A FUIR !!!

My first experience was great. I was talking to the manager Jalisa for a while. We shared similar interest. She checked on my food when it was taking a little long. Then she rushed my food. It was nice and hot. She alos gave my a free lemonade. Since I didn't get a drink and I never tried them. Great experience will be coming back again soon. Thanks Jalisa for making me feel welcomed Vegetarian options: The vegan burger was better then I expected. I can definitely eat that and not feel guilty.

I walked in cause im mad hungry and im tryna have some shake shack, why i go in and the kitchen is a MESS. Food was everywhere on the counter, it was giving cross contamination. All i ordered was some fries and i had to wait around 20 minutes. I didnt even want the food anymore after this, after i get my food i find some hair in my fries bro, i was done. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your health.
