Santiago’s Beer Garden

Our server Robert made our experience wonderful. His recommendations were accurate and the food was delicious. The Gardens ambiance was beautiful. I’ll make sure to stop by again when I’m back in New York.

Food was tasty but not served as specified. e.g. steak was made well done when it was requested medium rare, then it was sent back and came back medium to medium well. Drinks were okay. Service was lacking, our server went on a break and didn't communicate with anyone to come take our entree orders which had us waiting some time after our appetizers were eaten and plates cleared. We had to get up and go their work station to request service. Additional note: their chairs aren't very comfortable.

Anthony is the best waitress in there

came here for my birthday today. staff was amazing. food and drinks were amazing. Anthony was my waiter and he was the best. I’d do my birthday gathering at this place. the environment is so beautiful and content worthy! 5 star

Best food I’ve had in a while

The food was absolutely delicious. We waited at least 1 hour for them to tell us they didn't have pernil or oxtail. But the churasco steak was delicious. And they made up for this by giving us delicious empanadas and dessert on the house.

Wouldn’t recommend

Anthony and Robert the best waiters I’ve had by far. They really take care of their tables and the food and customers service was on point.
