Ruven's Restaurant

Came in around 4pm. A gentleman told me to sit were ever you wish (place was empty). Went to the restroom, which needed cleaned. Picked a table and waited and waited and waited and waited. SO, I left. Guess they just don't care. I know I'll never go back.

No pickles, coleslaw, bread. Food over salted. COFFEE SOUR. Tables have not been cleaned or cleared. Floor under tables with food and paper. Awful.

We went on Turkey Night (Monday's and Tuesdays) and had the deluxe turkey dinner. Pickles and coke slaw, soup or salad, carved turkey (white meat, dark meat or mixed), 2 sides, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, dessert and beverage. Everything was really good.

I ordered a chicken dish, soup, dessert. They forgot the soup and dessert. They are too busy to deliver this to me. I'm disabled and don't drive. I'm also sick and wanted chicken soup. Now I'm too angry to eat. I want a full refund not a few dollars off. I ordered simple from menu, no special requests. Easiest order ever so I thought. Good bye Ruvens. They should never be too busy to get the order correct or to make good on a mistake. There are little errors and big ones. This is big.

Ordered the Turkey dinner. Turkey was dry and tasteless and the stuffing was like mush. This was my first time at Ruven's for dinner. Matza ball soup was delicious, kasha and sweet potato fries excellent, rugelach dessert good. Their coleslaw is the best I've eaten. I've never been disappointed with the turkey dinner at Flakowitz. Moist, flavorful, and stuffing really like homemade. Also, price much lower at Flakowitz. ($5- and $8 on Turkey Tuesday) My wife had the soup and sandwich and enjoyed her meal. I liked the turkey at 3 G's until they served me a lousy dry plate. I sent it back and never ordered turkey dinner there again. The manager came over to apologize and said they should have never served me that meal.

Delicious. Everything is fresh. Love the coleslaw and pickles on table.
