We eat at Ruby Tuesdays often. It's inviting, warm and there is always something awesome to eat on the menu. They change it up to keep it fresh-- always keeping your favorites available to choose from. We are never disappointed with the quality of service or food. We also never leave hungry!

Service is almost always slow but more accurate than most places. Food is hit or miss on temperature and veggies are usually overcooked. Typically there's not a wait for a table which is rare around here.

Was really disappointed with the food quality here. Had a sirloin steak ordered medium cook and was served a very fatty steak that was cooked well done, had the calamari as an appetizer, and it tasted fishy and not crunchy. Servers did a good job but won't be coming back due to the quality and taste of the food.
