Ruby Tuesday

Normally never have issues. Today was very different. Our waiter seemed a little slow. Could be understaffing. The food on the other end was scary. Half of my steak was all fat. On top of that I found small black balls in my potato that killed my appetite. I informed the waiter and his response was “it was normal to have black in my potatoe.”

My server Hannah was exceptional. Absolutely outstanding. Our food was out expeditiously and it was fantastic

Food was not terrible, but not what would be expected for the price. Salad bar was not as good as it used to be. Service was pretty bad, seems like the wait staff was probably not trained. The chain overall is slipping and this location is worse than others in the Pensacola area.

The restaurant is managed cheap!! We made it clear at time ordering well done, burger wasn't. I bit into it, they took the same burger patty with my bacteria and they put it on the grill because I recognized my side bite. The fries weren't cooked all the way, Noah had us put our fries ourselves on a separate dish for them to fry the same fries lol shocking. Our coffee cup had someone's nasty lipstick in it. The second experience was awful. Finding great service these days is a mission.
