Solid breakfast spot and fulfilling portions. Got the French Toast Bites starter and Three Little Eggs Omelette.
WOW those bread pudding pancakes were the best pancakes I have EVER had!!! Everything we had was really good and definitely going to bring any family and friends here that visit to try these pancakes! Thank you! Service was great too!
Excellent! Had breakfast tacos, eggs benedict with gulf shrimp and fried green tomato and pulled pork. The flavors were beyond delicious! The place is busy for a reason.
Brunch with 4 teenager girls and my fiancé… Place was packed so we sat at the bar and had an incredible meal. Bartender was helpful, quick with drinks and recommendation’s and perfectly engaging. Wasn’t too impressed with the hosts up front- wish they had more energy or at least acted like they were interested in helping. The bartender and the food more than made up for the 2 ladies up front. We’ll be back next time in Nashville!
Stopped at Ruby Sunshine for breakfast after a morning meeting. Was excited with the menu because eggs Benedict is my favorite and it is featured as one of their specialities. I ordered the classic Benedict and asked the waitress for the whites to be cooked through (no one wants snotty Benedict). The eggs looked beautiful. The outer layer was firm but the whites were slimy. The waitress had the kitchen make the Benedict again. The second go was worse - and just made me think the kitchen was pissed and passive aggressively serving me uber goober Benedict. No way in hell the cooks at Ruby Sunshine would have eaten what they served. I love a runny yolk any day of the week but gelatinous egg whites are foul. No manager came over. I paid for my coffee and side of fries and headed to Fido which is always consistent. A delicious poached egg is poached for 3 - 3.5 minutes. They are serving up 2 minute poached eggs.
I visited Ruby Slipper in New Orleans and loved it, so I had to visit Ruby Sunshine in Nashville. I absolutely loved it ❤️
We had a Galentine's brunch here, and it was definitely a good time! Food was pretty good except I'm pescatarian and everything had "pork tasso"...even the seafood dishes. They were generous with the peach bellini, and my omelet was decent, but everyone was done eating by the time I was served the correct order. Also, the wait was insane.
