Update. Third time will be the last. Fish tacos were disgusting. Never again. Unfortunately my second experience was terrible. For the record, my first was great. This time we ordered delivery. I wasn't that hungry so I got a side of Shrimp and cauliflower rice. I didn't expect much with the rice but didn't expect it to taste like an old shoe either, and cold. Cold cold, not just delivery cold. This wasn't warm when it left the store. Same story for the shrimp. Both were VERY small portions so getting them cold sucked. Also pretty expensive for the tiny portions. Also, my wife is gluten sensitive and ordered corn tortillas for her tacos. They sent flour. BIG fail there So maybe we'll try them again but this was a very poor showing.

Update: Our love for this Rubio's location has grown even more!!! Not too long ago I placed an online order. Since it was a bit confusing for me I ended up ordering my gourmet tacos different. I called and explained my awful situation. The girl employee was amazing! Not only did she listened carefully to what I had to say but also was patience enough to explain how to order correctly in the future. Finally to make things even better she offer to re make my tacos for next time I wanted to visit the restaurant at no extra cost. A week had passed and we visited the restaurant. Then after gving my name we were taken cared in such courteous manner! This time my shrimp gourmet tacos were exactly the way we like them and the reason why we love coming to Rubios. Thank You °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Their Shrimp Gourmet Tacos are delicious! My husband and I LOVE them❤ But we will love them way more once we finally remember to go on Tuesdays. Their taco special starts after 2pm. Paying half their regular price is never a bad idea!

Don’t waste your money. Food is not fresh and I tried to talk to someone about it think her name was Lucy or something bad attitude.

This is for the owner, we have been going to your restaurant for at least eight years. Since the new Manager that was hired during Covid the quality, quantity and service has gone down tremendously. We bought two bowls and it does not have enough to fill two tacos. Look at the picture and look at where the line is and how far below is the food now you know this is not a bowl it should have been a kid’s bowl. We will not be returning. We tried to give second third fifth tenth chances and this is how you guys decided to start your year? What a shame

Burrito was stale and so tiny. Tasted so bad and smelled spoiled. The cook has no care for what customers eat. Do not eat here. Garbage.

This establishment is breaking Cal. Health & Saf. Code § 113973 (G) and is serving food with Latex gloves. This has been illegal since January 2020, and it caused my sister to have an allergic reaction that sent her to the hospital. When I called the restaurant to let them know, a rude person saying they were a manager said “thanks, have a great day” in a sarcastic tone before hanging up on me and not answer my call back. NEVER EAT HERE! IF THEY ARE BREAKING ONE HEALTH CODE THEY PROBABLY ARE BREAKING MORE!!
