This is the best Ramen in SCV. 100% Their curry ramen is top, and none of it is bad. The only bad thing is the seating is small other than that it is great.
This is probably the only true authentic Japanese restaurant in all of Santa Clarita. I would put this and the Loaf bakery as the only two real Japanese places in town. The hibachi places, sushi places, etc... none of them are actually Japanese. The food here is delicious, authentic, the people are kind, and you should support a local business like this.
Woman that works there is amazing. Teriyaki chicken, curry, and ramen is great.
Been here a couple times. Tried the ramen and katsu curry. Was quite good. Staff was friendly. Will continue to come here instead of looking for other ramen places. Parking: In a kind of outdoor mall area. Can be busy, but lots of parking.
As an employee at Comfort Dental Center, I recently discovered the hidden gem across from my office, Masa Ramen in Valencia, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! The menu at Masa Ramen is a delightful exploration of Japanese flavors, and I must say, the ramen bowls exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had the perfect texture. I opted for the pork belly ramen, and it was an absolute taste sensation. The attention to detail in each dish showcased the chef's dedication to authenticity and quality. The service was prompt and attentive, making it an ideal spot for a quick and delicious lunch break. What truly impressed me was the affordability of the menu. Masa Ramen offers top-notch Japanese cuisine without breaking the bank. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or a first-timer, Masa Ramen in Valencia is a must-try. I can't wait to return A big thank you to Masa Ramen for turning my lunch break into a culinary adventure – you've gained a loyal customer in this Comfort Dental Center employee!
The Tonkatsu ramen was good, rich creamy broth and the noodles were decent. The prices are a little high but still affordable. The takoyaki was good, instead of a boy chunk of octopus it was a few tentacles, I enjoyed it not than I expected to. The staff was attentive and explained the entire menu to my guest. I liked this place and I'll come back. Parking: It's a shopping center, plenty of parking
It was my first time to dine in here,Not IMPRESSED at all with what we ordered! The chicken broth of my SHOYU Ramen was so salty that I told the Japanese old lady server about it (NO APOLOGY)and she just gave me some hot water to dilute the soup..but it still was very SALTY! I have tasted some more authentic ramen but nowhere close to what we had,It's a blah for me . NOT COMING BACK AGAIN!
service and food was really good. server was patient with inquiries as well.
