About a month ago I ordered a small iced caramel latte. The latte cost nearly four dollars, more expensive than any other McDonald's I have gone to. You would expect the latte to taste at least as good as other McDonald's locations considering the price difference, but that was not the case. The latte tasted watered down, had nearly no ice in it, and was lukewarm. I'm guessing it was sitting around for a while from a previous order. I sent a complaint to McDonald's to perhaps get at least a drink replacement. All I received was a copy paste apology email from both corporate and the local McDonald's management. I'd recommend driving further to another McDonald's considering the price, lack of quality, and the lack of willingness to provide a replacement by this locations ownership.
