Its a jewel box of a restaurant. Eggplant meatballs. Perfect al dente pasta. Even the house Chianti was elevated. A must. Romantic. Vegetarian options: Amazing fig salad. Eggplant parmigiana, eggplant meatballs, artichoke, asparagus, wine. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space between tables

"Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de visitar Red Carpet, un auténtico rincón italiano en el corazón de Miami, situado en Calle 8 y Downtown. Desde el momento en que entré, me sentí acogido por un ambiente cálido y elegante. Lo mejor de todo fue que Jorge, el dueño, nos atendió personalmente, asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. La comida fue simplemente espectacular. Comenzamos con una ensalada de higos y queso azul que equilibraba a la perfección la dulzura y el sabor intenso del queso. La pasta fungi nos transportó a Italia con cada bocado, y el pulpo estaba cocinado a la perfección, tierno y lleno de sabor. Dined in flavorless, nothing homemade about the mushroom gravy on the Chicken Marsala , or the crab ravioli it was burnt on the bottom, over powered acidity tomato sauce. Forget about Italian bread nonexistent, the dessert was some kinda of dried lemon cake. Phooey, overpriced for the food quality. Definite Ixnay.

This restaurant is amazing. Delicious food and professional service. Perfect for a cozy & romantic date night !

Pasta molto buona!

It's difficult to be a vegetarian traveling in Miami but I had so many options here and the food was delicious, perfect portions, not too oily...and the staff was awesome. There were also options for my carnivore husband who loved the food too.
