Got lunch stacked enchiladas. They were excellent! Big portion for a lunch meal. Took half of it home.
This place is GREAT! This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. My friend and I went there for business and I’ll be taking others there. I heard it’s going to move so we’ll all have to watch its new location and be sure to go there in the future.
Pretty cool place! Good vibe. Delicious food! GIANT portions The service was terrific!
We dined at Reata before our show at Bass Performance Hall. I've dined here before and every time is remarkable. The food was perfection and they cooked the pork chop and my steak exactly the way we ordered. I have to give a shout out to our server John M. He was absolutely one of the best servers I have ever had. Very gracious and accommodating! I'm ready to go back and hopefully I get John M. again.
Love the location and decor of the restaurant and our server Brandon was wonderful and attentive. The ambiance was spot on. The food was lackluster and I have to say I was disappointed. The tenderloin tamales are a miss. Not a lot of flavor and the addition of whole kernel corn distracted from the mouth feel of a tamale. The bread was ok. The bacon wrapped shrimp was very good but came to the table cool. The elk sausage was very good and the grits were good as well. There were 4 of us who all got tenderloin/ribeye and all but one steak was very overcooked and dry although the wonderful mashed potatoes helped. None of us at the table ever send food back so before you ask, IYKYK. For dessert half got banana pudding the other half got dessert tacos. The tacos were phenomenal. By far the highlight of the dinner. The banana pudding was wonderful and fluffy although the cinnamon sugar on the cookies was not a good addition. Although the overall experience was great, the main attraction, the food, was not worth the hefty price tag.
Classy western atmosphere with some unique appetizers. Upper stair bar is the place to hang out. Down stairs, not so much. Older woman bartender with long hair is actually pretty rude to customers.
