Ramen Tatsu-Ya

Good for the price. Everyone was nice. Had a weird experience as none of the employees really ever make eye contact with me which did feel strange.

I had the most disgusting interaction of all my dining experiences here at this location. After briefly using the bathroom urinal, a worker named Miles followed in directly after me to also use the restroom. I returned back to my table where my date was waiting for me, and we received our food. Less than a minute later, Miles approached our table and said “next time you pee all over the toilet seat, make sure you clean it up.” I felt sick, shocked and appalled that an employee would try to embarrass, shame and accuse me of making a mess that was not mine in front of my date. Mind you from what I saw we were the only hispanic couple in the whole restaurant at the time, it made this attack feel even more personal. I was so worked up I could not even eat or drink after what this man had said, so I confronted him with the reluctancy of my date who did not want to escalate. I swiftly approached him and asked for an apology, he was quick to defend his position but after one exchange of sentences, Miles became apologetic, and I asked to speak with the manager, Allison. She was very professional and handled the situation amicably with a full refund, assuring us that she would be having a staff meeting and also apologized for Miles’ extremely unprofessional behavior while adding colorful words of her own for his actions. Ramen Tatsuya is a phenomenal restaurant and I have enjoyed coming here since 2017, however this being my first time at this location, my interaction with Miles left a terrible taste in my mouth that I hope management can clarify.

Staff are very friendly and fun to speak with, very attentive as well. Food is high quality and atmosphere is exceptional. Dietary restrictions: Very attentive about dietary restrictions. Always ask before taking your order.

Manager and staff were so helpful and kind when the wait was long with our big group of 9. Drinks, food and music were delish.

My husband and I came in and sat down. We were promptly greeted by Jory! He was so kind and professional. He was a very hard worker! Would come back to see Jory. Great attitude.

Delicious food, huge servings, and the nicest people! So glad I found this great place!

I got the OG with a Yuzu Bomb it was fantastic.
